They are going green in Iraq now…?
They are installing street lights with solar panels on them to light streets and areas that were previously very dangerous in Iraq. Now the streets seem to be noticably safer at night. Solar powered ligh fixtures cost significantly more than a typical electric street light.

My question is how do you feel about funding this as a US taxpayer?
I hear plenty of complaints about paying taxes that benefit fellow Americans. It is often maintained that the war in Iraq is a noble cause. How do you feel about funding the US war in Iraq / occupation of Iraq?
I ask, what about us? Don’t we need to go green? It’s like Bush giving billions to africa for their aids patients, well, what about ours?
