Do you think Australia can become energy independent?
I think Australia has great potential for green energy. There is already attempts in Central Australia to harness geothermal energy. Already they have photovoltaics and solar power. They can do with tidal power as well.
i expect that, eventually, solar, and maybe wind, will predominate.
Australia has sufficient space for both.
