Difference between Est. PV and Perform. PV on Associated Content?

I am a content producer on AssociatedContent.com. On my “My Content” page, there is a list of all of my content, and a few columns including “Est. page views” and “Perform. page views & pay.” For some reason, the Perform. page views are much lower than the estimated page views, and it only pays for those. Does anybody know why this is?

i think the perform page views & pay is since your last performance payment. but im not sure
