How many watts are there in 3.7 volts and 355 mA?
I know that the formula in finding the watts is W = V * A. But is there any limitations based in this formula? If there is, can you please tell me. But if that’s the formula, then the answer will be 1,313.5 W.. Is that right?
Likewise, can you please tell me where I can find a solar panel that produces this power (3.7 volts and 355 mA)?
Is 355 mA the same as 355 mAh?
Is this power from the solar panel ok to use (to charge) in a cell phone?

You clearly weren’t listening when you were told that the formula W = V*A is W (in watts), V (in volts) and A (in amps). 355 mA is 355 milliamps which is .355 Amps so the power is 1.3135 W.

No, 355 mA is -not- the same thing as 355 mAh. 355 mAh is a battery specification indicating how much current the battery can supply at a particular current draw.
Yes, power from a solar panel is the same as any other DC electrical power. But I wouldn’t use it directly to charge a battery without some sort of charging regulator to limit the battery charging cycle. Overcharging a battery is a sure way to kill it or, at the least, damage it and reduce it’s useful life.
