why does temperature decrease efficiency of solar cells?

I am doing a proj on solar cells, and i was wondering why an increase in temperature decreases the efficiency of solar cells.

Overall resistivity of the entire circuit rises with internal temperature, despite the fact that the semiconductors in the circuit become more conductive with temperature rise.
