How can I get this built?
I have an idea for a tree house city filled with and run by kids with simple lifts, mechanics, and plumbing. Almost completely self sufficient with solar panels and and the lifts are human powered it would cost a lot to build but almost nothing to maintain. It would act as a park and daycare for kids 5-18 and with game rooms, activities, and thousands of things to climb you would never get bored. There is a small kitchen so there is a food supply and in all over 300 hundred kids could enjoy it at once. How do I get the funding/permit to make it. Please be serious and nice.

What you are asking will cost around $300k if not more and will require several “trees”. Nevermind the insurance costs.
